Laurey began her career assisting Mary Greenwell – one of the world’s most celebrated make up artists. Under Mary’s tutelage, Laurey developed her craft as well as gaining a professional knowledge of the world of fashion and celebrity make-up.
Laurey has since been working as a freelance make up artist, making a name for herself in the industry and cementing her reputation for excellence. Her make-up work has been published in magazines such as British Vogue, ELLE UK, Porter, L’Officiel, Grazia, Russh Magazine,You Magazine, Guardian Weekend Magazine, Purple Magazine, Love Cat magazine NY, Open Lab Magazine, i-D as well as many others.
Laurey is currently working with singer Jessie Ware.
Laurey has been beauty director of The Estethica Review magazine, the London Fashion week publication. She has also collaborated with clients such as Olay, writing reviews as a leading make-up artist and more recently she has worked with beauty brand Sisley Paris cosmetics, www.thecolourfuldotboutique.com them launch a new product.
